OliveGuard® starts with the top 2% of all olives harvested
which yield the highest quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil
produced. We then combine it in a proprietary process with
sustainable, cleanly sourced Acacia dietary fiber. The fiber
encapsulates all of the antioxidant rich EVOO and
deliverers these polyphenols in a completely dissolvable
format. The final product is a cream-colored powder that
dissolves in water and has a neutral, creamy taste.
